Benefits
The 1700 Series Maxiflow valves provide reliable boiler overpressure protection with fast lift and tight shutoff to reduce steam loss and improve efficiency.
The 1700 Series Maxiflow valves provide reliable boiler overpressure protection with fast lift and tight shutoff to reduce steam loss and improve efficiency.
Side rod construction compensates for thermal expansion, ensuring consistent spring load and improved seat tightness. The thin, flexible thermodisc design allows repeatable tight shutoff. Rapid venting via the cover plate enables faster full lift.
The Consolidated 1700 series Maxiflow safety valves are used extensively in sub-critical, drum type boilers and super-critical, once-through boilers. Inlet pressure ratings from ASME 600 class thru ASME 4500 class.
