Masoneilan 35002 Series
Camflex™ Rotary Control Valve
When introduced in 1968, the original Camflex created the Rotary Globe control valve category by combining globe valve features with rotary action to replace 80% of valves then in use. Over 1 million Camflex valves are installed across applications, from basic water to severely erosive services, proving it to be an excellent and Universal Rotary Globe control valve.
Plug flexing
The trailing edge of the plug face contacts the seat ring first when closing, causing the plug arms to flex for tight, long-term seating.
Wide application range
Standard low-emissions packing
Camflex eliminates emissions from the bonnet joint and uses EF Seal packing meeting FCI 91-1 (EPA) and ISO 15848-1 Class A requirements.
Designed to resist erosion
Standard hardfaced or solid Stellite plug with optional seat rings prevents damage from erosive services.
Smaller, lighter, easy to handle
Camflex II is smaller, lighter, easier to install, with flexible body options and flange dimensions matching standard globe valves.
Minimized parts
The design eliminates bonnet gasket and requires one plug per valve size, minimizing inventory and simplifying maintenance.
Low-noise trim option
Optional patented differential velocity device reduces noise by up to 18 dBA by separating flow streams.
